It serves as an excellent substitute for fresh minced garlic, saving time on peeling and chopping. It retains the strong, pungent flavor and aroma of garlic, which is released upon rehydration or cooking. Ideal for use in pizza toppings, botteled sauces, canned foods, salad dressings, and garlic bread.
